3 bedrooms with 6 beds, open living and dining area, large garden The 'Segara Gunung' villa is located right next to Toren Lovinas, on a slight hill, about 800 m away from the sea. Finished in September 2009. In the 2400 sqm subtropical garden, you will the separate buildings for living, eating, sleeping and dreaming. The buildings, built in the Balinese style yet up to European standards, offer absolute luxury. The 3 spacious bedrooms, all complete with en-suite partly open bathrooms and showers, will fulfill all your wishes. The bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a mini-bar. The meals are served in the open lounge. The menu can be decided upon individually with the house cook. Daily cleaning of the whole complex. Laundry service, vehicle and driver are at hand.
In the rental prices are all additional costs included. Linen and towels are provided. The base price per week includes: For 4 people (standard occupancy) 889 €; Per extra adult 175 €. Minimum stay duration: 1 week. For longer stays, reservations can be made on a daily basis. Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of the rental price. Children up to 6 years are cost-free. For outings, a car and a tour guide are at your price at time ,-- Rp, 23,-- € to 27,-- € (Depending on the exchange rate), and the petrol you need. (1 L 0, 40 €). For your safety, we only employ experienced, qualified Tour Guides, as well as new or reconditioned, constantly checked vehicles. What's more, you can rent mopeds on site. Please ask our manager Mr. Putu Arba for the current daily prices. Of course, we can do your laundry. Everyday, the cook will serve you a rich breakfast, lunch or dinner (3-course menu). Breakfast is composed of freshly baked bread rolls, bread and toast as well as butter marmalade, cheese and meat. Egg dishes are an option, as well a Balinese breakfast. You can have as much coffee, tea and water as you like. The 3 course meal is to be discussed with your cook. Coffee, tea and water are at hand at all times. The mandatory food fee amounts to 10 € per day per person. Children under 12 years of age pay 50%. Children up to 6 years are cost-free. The five o'clock tea is also included; it consists of pastries and fresh fruit as well.
