How to get there
Please note that the exact location details of this holiday home are available upon request
All that is required to confirm your reservation is a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. The balance is due and MUST be paid at least 60 days prior to guests’ arrival. Reservations for travel during December 19th through January 07th (Peak Season) will require a cash deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount. Property damage deposit of US$1000 is required to ‘SEAL THE DEAL’ and will promptly be refunded within a 7 days period of guests’ departure if no damage is done to the property during stay. In the event that the property or any of its contents are damaged, broken, misplaced or lost during guests’ stay the valued amount will be deducted from the damage deposit received and the balance returned, IF ANY.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to guests’ arrival, we will refund all deposits less 20% cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND for reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to guests’ arrival and during the period of December 19th through January 07th (Peak Season). For Last Minute Bookings, defined as bookings received LESS THAN 60 DAYS prior to guests’ arrival, any cancellations requested are subject to a NO REFUND policy, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in a confirmation e-mail from a Villa Rococo representative.
