Phuket has it all; Apart from its beautiful beaches there is a Varity of interesting places to investigate. Phuket has a good infrastructure, international airport with direct flights world wide, international standard hospitals and many shopping centres. Apart from the wonderful local cuisine, you can also find a range of international restaurants. The island Phuket has a variety of different beaches, all with its own charm and character. The villa is within easy reach of the beautiful beaches of Nai Harn, Kata and Karon beach. There are lots of very good seafood restaurants nearby along the seashore at Rawai Beach. Rawai is not well known to tourists, hence allows you to enjoy the tropics in a peaceful and private environment. However, many attractions can be found near by, such as the big Buddha and Chalong temple. Just 5 minutes away from the villa, many services are available, small Thai and Western restaurants, supermarket Tesco Lotus, ATM, a local market and shopping are easily available. The close by fish market gives you the opportunity to buy fresh fish and prawns from the fishermen for the barbecue. Nearby Nai Harn beach is great for water sports and swimming. Great tailors for custom fit clothes. For children, various attractions like elephant riding or banana boat are also within easy reach. During a trip to Phuket, we absolutely fell in love with Thailand and specially Phuket. We bought a piece of land with the most astounding sea view, designed and build the house to Western standard. Very nice villa for 15 people
We had a wonderful time in the villa that we rent for a long week end.
It was challenging to find a nice place big enough for 15 people. We couldn't get better place that Villa Rainbow Dragon, we felt very confortable and each one had his own privacy.
The 5 bedrooms are very big and fully furnished. The villa offers all the facilities you would need during your stay: dishwasher, washing machine, drier, oven, TV, hi-fi system, wifi, safe...you really feel like home! Thanks to the very big windows and fans, we didn't need to put air con all day long to keep cool.
The villa is located closed to the supermarket, so it is convenient. For the ones who would like to visit some islands around, it is 5min drive from Chalong pier. The only think you would need is to rent a car or a motobike or hire a taxi to go to the beach (10-15min from Nai Yarn beach)

Perfect for families
We went to the house 7 adults(friends) and 3 small children(2-3 years old) and we had a PERFECT vacation. The house is very good for families/friends with small children. The rooms are big(around 50 sqm)and beautiful. The house is located up the hill and has a nice view over the ocean. It takes around 25 min. to walk to the nearest supermarked, but taxi(tuk-tuk-service) is easy to arrange. We ordered take-away food from different take-away restaurans and it was easy and the local restaurants came within 30-45 min. after ordering the food ;-) Very nice with WI-FI.. We will certainly be back ;-)

Great stay in Phuket
Stayed in the villa with a group of family and friends. There were ten of us and we were all very happy with the villa. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the whole home is beautiful. The welcome package of food and drinking water was a nice surprise. We were also grateful for having access to the van as it was very convenient since the villa is off the beaten path, but the location did make for a quiet and relaxing stay. The van driver was very helpful, even booking a day trip to the Phi Phi islands for us.
I didn't notice any spiders or insects during our stay, so the new pest control must be working. Mette was very responsive to all my questions before arrival and Mr and Mrs Pond were very welcoming and happy to help us throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at the villa and hope to return someday.

Awesome getaway with friends.
This property has the wow factor! No matter where you are in the house you have a gorgeous view over beaches and islands. The pool is beautiful and a great spot if you want a relaxing day. It was central to some gorgeous beaches, a shopping centre where you can get your supplies and some great places to eat.
The property is beautifully maintained and every bedroom has it's own bathroom with plenty of room so you never feel like you're living on top of each other when you're with a group of people. It's been very well thought out and built.
We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back again!

Well, we had a great stay. The house was beautiful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Tec and Mrs Pond. Mette was very responsive in answering questions and addressing any concerns we may have had prior to the stay.
As I said we were happy with the stay and the home is beautiful. We would recommend it to anyone that was traveling to Phuket.

Memorable Vacation With Friends
Fifteen friends and I rented out this villa for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The place comfortably fit all of us (we did fit 3 girls on some of the large beds but extra beds were also set up for us). We were amazed with how luxurious and beautiful the villa was, especially for the low price we paid.
The facilities we took advantage of were great--several large bedrooms with bathrooms attached, TV room with cable and video games, nice swimming pool, free wi-fi, washer and dryer with detergent provided, kitchen and grill with tools, and much more.
The home owner and house manager, Mrs. Pond, were very hospitable. Even though our flight arrived at 1 a.M., someone still picked us up from the airport and drove us to the villa for free. A package of food (including a loaf of bread, banana, nutella, and a pineapple) and several bottles of water welcomed us in the dining area. Towels and toiletries were provided for our stay. Mrs. Pond and the driver were both just a phone call away if we ever needed anything (there was a house phone we could use).
A couple tips: -The villa is in a very secluded, residential area of Phuket. You probably won't be able to walk anywhere. Our group didn't want to be anywhere else except the villa since we only had a couple days to enjoy it. We did call the driver to take us to get food. He also arranged transportation (car ride and long-tail boat) to Coral Island, a nearby small, secluded, and clean beach with good snorkeling, for half a day. -We did find a lot of lizards and very large spiders and insects around the villa and in the rooms. It would have been better if those were cleaned out, but I understand that it would be hard to clean out all of them. The home owner said they are working to improve the pest control.
This was the first time any of us rented out a whole house. We loved it and didn't want to leave!

Stunning home in Rawai!
This home is truly one of a kind. We had such a wonderful vacation here with our family. The location is private and quiet with a panoramic view of the ocean. Yet it's very close to the best beaches as well - just a short drive. We were very impressed with the quality of this home. It's very large and comfortable. We would recommend it to everyone.

Villa was amazing
Like others we thought the villa was amazing. I stayed at the villa at the end of May with 4 other couples and when we arrived (way past midnight) we arrived at the house and was amazed to find where we were staying.
The house from outside is amazing and then when you walk up to it, it's just such an fabulous villa that has lots of space, it's unbelievable. Mr & Mrs Pond were wonderful, they really do look after you when you arrive. Even though the villa is away from the town and getting to the shops is quite a long walk, it's quiet and you just feel relaxed whilst you're there. Hiring a car is so easy and so cheap, even for petrol. You literally have everything you need in the house, all we did was buy a few things from the supermarket for breakfast.
The rooms and everywhere was so clean, I walked around the house for a long time and was amazed to find no dust or anything was stuck to my bare feet (I'm quite fussy about these things). I called Mrs Pond to ask where I could buy fresh seafood and she gave me directions which was easy to find and we had a fantastic barbecue next to the pool while others swam.
My concern was the same as alison (who wrote a comment) there were a few big spiders and I'm afraid they are not my favorite friends. I do hope the pest control can get rid of them as I would absolutely love to go back there again as it was an amazing villa and we had a great holiday. I looked at many villas before finding this one and knew this was the one when we saw it. Mette, the owner was very responsive and was there to answer any questions I had and there were quite a few! Since then I've recommended this to many people, the couples I went with have done the same, everyone saw our holiday photos and just wanted to go. It's a great price for what you get!

Heavenly... Love the pool and the huge space!
Went to Phuket with 12 other friends from 12th to 15th of april and all I could say is that we did not want to leave the villa at all. It is heavenly, there is everything there, laundry room, entertainment room, safes, bbq pit, etc.
Shopping malls and supermarkets like Big One are just around the corner, probably around 10 minutes walk. Staff are extremely friendly too.
However, the villa is quite far from Patong Beach but that didn't matter as there were other beach nearby for example Rawai Beach which was much quiet and peaceful compared to the crowded tourist beaches.
The entertainment room was extremely relaxing and big that some of us actually decided to sleep there. The masterbed room's bathroom had a jucuzzi in it. Really really enjoyable!
The ocean view from the 2nd floor was relaxing and spectacular. We got to enjoy the sunset from there.
Really enjoyed the stay. Definitely going back there when I'm going for another trip to Phuket.

Magnificient modern seaview villa.
Situated in the hills on the south eastern side of Phuket Island this beautiful modern villa offers both an extraordinary seaview of the bay leeading into Phuket Town and Islands including Phi Phi Koh in the horison. On the many terrases there is a nice cooling breeze. The rooms are functional and tasteful. The ligt kitchen has a fantastic atmosphere with seven meters to ceiling and very tall windows. All quiet and undisturbed. The service staff taking care of the Villa are very polite and helpful.

Best Holiday ever
Never tried to live in xMa rental villa before the Nayberg family arrived with no expectations. Next time it will be different because we have had our best Holiday ever in Villa Rainbow Dragon. The villa is situated in a beatiful guiet place with an astounding sea view. The balance between thail and Nordic style is perfect and beatiful. The pool area with both sun and shade makes it possible to be outdoor all day both for sunlovers and the reading members of the family. The house has room for for the big family or more families. We are definitely going back with friends and family. A big thank you to the owner Mette, and to Pond and Jojo for their kindly help and the way they keep the house.
