Villa Charlotte is a magnificent former sea captain's house, uniquely located on the seafront in the quiet and charming village of Viganj. Commanding spectacular panoramic views of the Peljesac Riviera and Korcula, the villa boasts a wealth of charm and retains many original features. The large seafront terrace features a shower room and has direct access to the sea and is ideal for sunbathing, entertaining and swimming from. Nearby are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. Viganj is a mecca for all water sports. Diving schools and wind surfing schools are nearby. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor both comprise queen size double beds. 3rd bedroom has a double bed. The 1st floor main bathroom features a raised corner bath to appreciate the amazing sea view, bidet, and sink with large mirror. There is also a downstairs WC. The modern spacious kitchen comes well equipped including original stone floor, oven/hob and an American fridge/freezer that dispences ice and chilled water. There is a large lounge with cool stone floor which offers satellite TV, and HiFi system and double doors that open onto a large terrace. There is also a smaller sitting room which again features sat TV. The dining room will seat 6 people. Large double doors open out onto the large terrace for semi alfresco dining. All bed linen and towels are included, except for beach towels. The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis and a welcome hamper is provided for guests on arrival.
