Baan Chaai Haat Beachfront Villa Baan Chaai Haat is a private villa right on the edge of a wide expanse of silvery sand stretching on either side, washed by the calm waters of the Gulf of Siam.
After entering the Villa through the tower around the court yard with four coconut trees the four air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms can be found . The Villa furthermore has a well equipped kitchen and a separate air-conditioned TV room. There is a big covered terrace with dining room and sitting area. In the tropical garden that provides for sufficient privacy a great swimming pool (4*10) can be found surrounded by a wooden deck, sun launchers and a big shade. The Villa comes with bedlinen and (bath)towels and has a maid each second day as well as a gardener and pool cleaner.
The Villa can be found on the Banyan estate & golf course which is at the very high end of properties and estates that can be found in the Hua Hin area. The estate features a splash pool with noodle bar (great for the kids to play) a restaurant (also for breakfast) and a bar. The reception does not service the bigger Villas like this one but can be used for general purposes like day trips, taxi service and alike. From the estate it is only 5 kilometre to Hua Hin centre and 2 kilometre to the beautiful beach of Kao Takiab where numerous restaurants and leisure activities can be found.

How to get there
The Banyan estate and golf club is 5 kilometre South of Hua Hin just after Soi 116 junction at Petchkasem Road. Hua Hin is at 230 kilometre South of Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. Most of our guests arrange for personal airport pick through our maid so that arrival and key hand over is synchronised at the Villa.
