It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is situated 2.9 km inland from the Sea. It is newly build large detached two- story villa. Up to five people can sleep comfortable in the villa. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious and can accommodate one more guest to sleep. There is an additional W/C with toilet and basin. Fully fitted integrated kitchen has all essential appliances and equipment to make you feel "Home away from home". Dining room is equipped with a table for six people. The villa is furnished with luxury furniture made from solid oak. It aims to provide guests with a unique experience in luxury and relaxation. This area combines quiet seclusion of the Balkan Mountain and Black Sea and it is famous with its fresh air.
There are plenty of on-site facilities to make your stay at Villa On The Black Sea as stress free as possible. Pools and Sport Bar complex on 3 levels. Spa and Fitness Center on 3 levels on area of over 600 sq. meters.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation of booking must be made in writing and received by Villa On The Black Sea no later than 60 days prior to Check-In Date. If cancellation is prior to this deadline the deposit only will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 60 days before Check-In Date, the full amount is to be paid.
