Villa Christina has three spacious bedrooms, which are all fully airconditioned. The Master Bedroom Suite has a kingsize double bed, bedside units with side lamps, a dressing table, full length wall mounted mirror and a wicker chair. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a separate dressing room, with stand alone full length mirror unit. Double patio doors with roller shutters, lead out to a south facing sun terrace , patio furniture and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Two further double rooms have twin beds with bedside unit and side lamp, air conditioning and large wall length built in wardrobes with lots of storage space, wall mounted mirrors, wicker chair and drawer unit. Both of these bedrooms also have patio doors with roller shutters leading out to south facing sun terrace with patio furniture. Child's cot/s and z- beds (for child) available on request. There is a further cloakroom/toilet located on the top level adjacent to the entrance hall. There is also an outside shower located on the pool terrace. Hot Tub Hire You can hire a bubbly 4 seater hot tub for you stay. The 4 seater inflatable hot tub will be set up ready for your arrival. Situated by the pool, simply switch on and enjoy the massaging micro air jets. A built in heater keeps the water at 25-40C. What could be more indulgent? Sun, sea views, and hot bubbles! The private pool is larger than average and can be illuminated at night. There is an outside shower by the pool. The pool terrace is equipped with table & chairs, pergola, sun umbrella, sun loungers and built brick barbeque. All three levels of the Villa have south facing sun terraces, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, leading from the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and pool room. The pool room on the lower level is an open plan 90 sq.m room and features pool table, 42' flat screen TV with Sky, DVD and stereo.. There is a large marble dining table with 6 chairs, and a bar area with mini drinks fridge for your wine & beer. The room has two large three seater sofa beds and a chaise and large footstool and marble coffee table. There are three large ceiling lights/fans which are operated by remote control. This room is affectionately known as the chill-out/play room. - ideal for dining and chilling during the day, if it's too hot by the pool, and for playing at night!
The journey from Malaga Airport to Nerja is straightforward and easy. It takes approx. 45 minutes and most of the time is spent on the N340 motorway. Ladera Del Mar is 5 minutes drive along the coast road from the Torrox Costa exit off the motorway. Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport or board the bus. The journey by bus is very picturesque and takes the coast road all the way. Nerja is a relaxing family friendly resort. The palm fringed Balcon de Europa meanders through to the whitewashed pedestrianised streets with their small artistic shops. You will find numerous little shops selling jewellery, leather goods and beautiful ceramics. Many happy hours can be spent wandering around window shopping. The Nerja Caves are magnificent. An orchestra and opera perform in the caves in August. Frigliana lies 5 kilometres up in the hills and many artists have their studios in this whitewashed hill village. Baviera 18 hole golf course is just 15 minutes drive along the coast.

About Nerja: Nerja is on the seashore some 50 km from Malaga, and marks the eastern tip of Malaga's Costa del Sol. Nerja boasts 16 km of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, Nerja has 320 days of warm sunshine every year. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged, with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. At the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcon de Europa, a magnificent palm fringed promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of a great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. You can hire a pretty horse drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town, and take in the wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Beaches ,Weather & Fiestas: Nerja has around 16 km of coastline with more than its fair share of fabulous beaches. There are several beaches in Nerja, the largest being Burriana & Torrecilla, both of which have been awarded the the blue flag. At Burriana Beach, you can enjoy food and a cool drink as diverse as a shellfish barbecue on the beach, to a traditional pint in an English steak & kidney pie. Nerja has over 3,500 hours of annual sunshine and temperatures that average 25 degrees in summer and an average of 15 degrees in winter. You can also catch a concert in the caves of Nerja - the 197ft high Scala de Catacclismo is the venue for a music and dance festival each summer in July. Take a drive through the Sierra Nevada mountains to Granada, one of the most beautiful cities in Spain with its gorgeous Alhambra Palace and romantic Generalife Gardens. Visit the brand new Picasso Museum in Malaga, next door to a Roman theatre and a Renaissance-style Cathedral, displaying rare works donated by the artist's family. Ski: What a thought hey, sit by the pool in the morning and have your breakfast and then make your way up to the ski slopes. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are just an hour and a half away, so leave at 7am and be there by 9am! There are around 130km of pisted ski runs including blues, greens, reds and the challenging black runs. There are a number of snow cannons just in case they are having a bad season and the snow needs topping up. It is best avoided at the weekends as the local people tend to go up and the slopes can get rather packed, but during the week it is lovely to be able to ski down from the top and see the sea in the distance. A lift pass costs about 30 euros a day. A fully qualified English speaking ski instructor can also be organised if you so desire. Skiing is only from December till April, but when the sun shines up on those mountains you are still likely to come home with a lovely tan. Golf: The Costa del Sol is as famous for it's golf courses as it is for the sun, in fact it is also known as the Costa del Golf. It does not matter whether you are a budding Tiger Woods with a handicap in single figures, or just like to go and have a knock around with friends; there is a golf course to suit you. Within 15 minutes drive from the villa there are two superb golf courses, one is Baviera Golf and the other Añ oreta Golf. Both are very well kept courses with Añoreta being slightly more difficult. You can hire buggies and even book lessons if you need. Baviera is a new course and both have plenty of water hazards for you to lose your balls in. About 30 minutes from the villa there are a number of golf courses around the Malaga area, including Alhaurin and Torrequebrada, and further down the coast there are plenty more, with a choice of mountain or lynx courses.

•A deposit of 25% for each week is payable when booking. This is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation notification. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 25% deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of booking. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail and must be either signed by or originate from the same e-mail address as the person who booked. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. An additional ' breakages deposit ' of £100 per weeks stay is required. This is fully refundable unless breakage or damage has occurred during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
The balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure, and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges : 42-55 days : 60% 29-41 days : 70% 22-28 days : 90% 0-21 days : 100%

•Notes to the rental rates: Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday, Under normal circumstances the property will be available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. Rates for long lets (three weeks minimum duration) by negotiation.
