Regina's Exclusive Villas Regina’s Exclusive Villas, private pools, garden, patio, BBQ, parking, wi-fi are situated in a quiet and secluded area 2km from the sea in a colorful garden.
Two of the bedrooms have a large single bed. The third has an extra double bed plus a shower and toilet room. All the rooms have air condition units. The villa can host up to 5 persons comfortably as there is an extra sofa-bed in the living room. The villa has a cozy lounge and dining area with a fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave and refrigerator. In the bathroom a Jacuzzi is available. In the living room a satellite TV is provided as well as a DVD and a mini hi-fi. The guests can enjoy the great view of the Akamas forest and Polis Chrysochous Bay from the balconies and from the verandas. A common swimming pool is available with patio area, sun beds, umbrellas and a shower.
FAQ Are there any towels and sheets available in the villas? Yes, there are towels for both face and bath available for each guest as well as sheets for all the beds. Is maid service included? We do not offer maid service but the villas will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. If you are staying for two weeks we will arrange a mid- clean and your towels and sheets will be changed. Are the kitchens of the villas fully equipped? Yes, the kitchens are fully equipped and one can find anything he requires for his cooking needs. How long away are the nearest supermarkets or taverns? From Villa Morfo the nearest supermarkets, taverns and fish restaurants are 3 minutes driving away. From Villas Archimedes 1&2 the nearest supermarket and tavern are just 2 minutes walking distance. How long away is the nearest beach from the villas? From Villa Morfo the nearest beach is just 3 minutes driving away whereas from Villas Archimedes 1&2 the nearest beach is 6 minutes driving away. How can I reach the villas from the airports? Is there any public transportation? For guests coming to Cyprus a car rental can be arranged for them or a taxi to pick them up and bring them to our villas. Larnaca’s airport is about one hour and thirty minutes driving away whereas Paphos’ airport is just 45 minutes driving distance. There are also public buses from and to the airports connecting the main cities of the island.

How to get there
After entering Latchi keep driving straight, following the signs to Neo Chorio village for approximately 2 Km. You will drive another 2 Km up to the village and then you will see the first houses. Once entered the village, keep driving straight on for 500 meters take the third turn on your left hand side.
Park your car there you are!
A 20% deposit will be asked in order to book a villa.

It has to be noted that the air-condition units are charged extra 5euros per unit per day. Guests who are interested to book a villa during the summer’s peak period (July 20-August 20) are advised to contact us early to avoid disappointment as demand is very high.
