Westbury Luxury villa close to Disney with own southwest facing pool. Sleeps 10
Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located on a private estate less than 15 minutes from the gates of Mickey Mouse and his pals. It has a large south facing solar heated pool and is an ideal base from which to explore all that Florida has to offer. Champions Gate, which is a developing shopping, eating and golfing community is only five minutes away with the nearest supermarket just a 2/3 minute drive. All bedrooms are fully furnished with a king sized bed in the master suite, a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a multi channel television. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the laundry which is located close to the kitchen, there is also a washing line outside if you wish to dry your washing in the fresh air. The dining area seats 6, there is also a kitchen nook. The oversize pool is solar heated, heating for which is complimentary,and is surrounded by a large patio with enough poolside furniture for all guests to relax. There are pool inflatables provided. Our family room has a 32" LCD cable television and an X-Box/DVD player, and a separate living room for those that just want to enjoy some peace and quiet both have comfortable seating A football table, air hockey and electronic darts are also available as is a PC and wi-fi internet access for those that wish to bring their own laptop. All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided and our home is fully licensed by Polk County

Our home is situated on Sunridge Woods which is conveniently located so that you are close enough to the main roads to get around Florida but is far enough away that it is beautifully quiet and relaxing, especially after a long hot day at the many theme parks and attractions in the area. Many of our guests have complimented our home and described it as being home from home or even better and many have returned 2 or 3 times, they love the size of the pool and the fact that we are not overlooked.
The gardeners and pool guy come once a week to look after the gardens and pool, our Management Company is available 24/7. For car hire, please ask for details and we will give you the website for the company that we have used for many years. Our Management Company can offer the other services marked at an additional cost, they can also arrange for a gourmet chef for the evening, towel folding classes, specialist soaps etc all at an additional cost payable locally.

Prices are for guidance only as there can be discrepancies when converting to other currencise, please contact me for an up to date rity deposit of £200/$400 required with the final balance, this is refundable within 28 days of you vacating our home and our Management Company checking that all is in order. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is by 11am unless anything different is confirmed by myself in writing beforehand. All stays of less than 7 days attract an extra fee of £75/$110

We have had a great holiday, very spacious home in a great location for the intersate and theme parks. We've seen lots of birds and wildlife so not disappointed. Huge pool and plenty of space for adults and children.

Lovely
This is an absolute joy of a place to stay. It is so quiet but so easy to get all around the area and further afield. The pool area is totally private apart from the wildlife that happily comes to play in the back garden,especially as the sun is going down. The home itself is very clean and very comfortable, we have stayed in quite a few homes but this one beats the rest hands down for cleanliness and facilities and is the one we will now be returning to each year.

This is our 3rd visit to The Herons and most certainly not our last. We love how peaceful and private Janet & Ians home is, we love the pool and the ginormous bed. Each time we have stayed the home has been scrupuosly (?) clean and whenever we have spoken to the Management Company they have been extremely helpful and friendly (they have lots of ideas on local out of the way places to visit too). We may have a Florida free year next year but will definately be booking for 2014.

First visit - wow
Wow sums out our feelings about this home. It is our first visit and hopefully not our last. Are all pools this big in Florida? This house is so easy to find and get around everywhere, we have done so much and have loved playing in the pool when we came home hot from busy days in the theme parks. The pool is not overlooked so it has been very private but loved watching the different birds flying about. We will hopefully be in contact soon to visit again - thank you

Great experience
We very much enjoyed our stay at your comfortable and secluded villa: Although we have been coming to Florida on and off for over 2 decades this is our first time to rent a vacation home. It has turned out to be an excellent experience. The pool is lovely and Jared became a real 'fish' during his stay. We found it to be a great location, close to everything but so relaxing to come home to........our time here has passed too quickly and if plans work out we will be in touch..
