Starfish Blue has 3 bedrooms, each with private bath. The Master Suite takes up the entire top floor. Designed with luxury and relaxation, it has a king size bed, beautiful, leather, Pacific Green sofa and two chairs, a private whirlpool bath in the room, walk through closet, desk area and covered deck overlooking pool and ocean. Downstairs, each of the 2 bedrooms have queen beds, their own bath, and are steps away from the pool with beautiful views of the ocean and three islands. Starfish Blue has a fully equipped kitchen and dining lounge. At Starfish Blue, you create your ideal holiday. Located in a residential area adjacent the small and intimate Wananavu Beach Resort. you'll have full access to the resort- the pool with the full waterfall, the restaurant, bar, and tours available for resort guests. Enjoy the activity of the resort with the seclusion of a private villa. And with maid service it's the best combination of a holiday home and a resort stay.
We provide maid service, if you want it, (and not everyone does, so it's perfectly fine to opt out of it for the whole time or as you would like) Monday through Friday for 2 hours a day. Setya can also cook for you or provide a local woman to do so, and we can also arrange for a nanny/babysitter. It's easier if you let us know ahead of time, and we can set it up in advance. You pay Setya or whoever works for you at the end of your stay in Fijian dollars. The rate is approximately FJD$3/hour. See Dining for meal options cooked for you at Starfish Blue.
Surrounding Area:
Our beach area is quite rocky. It's actually a grassy hill that does down to the sea. Wananavu, which is walking distance, offers a large sandy beach with loungers, and Nananu-I-Ra, which is a 10 minute boat ride, offers gorgeous sandy beaches with hammocks and loungers. Note- they do not offer bathroom facilities for day-trippers, although you are welcome to lounge on their beach and eat at their restaurant. They offer fabulous off-beach snorkeling. You can also enter from their pier, where they feed the large and docile fish each day. Great for picture taking.
Our water is great for snorkeling, and we provide masks and snorkels at the house. (You'll want reef shoes.) One fun thing to do is to snorkel down to Wananavu, relax on the beach for a while, and swim or walk back.
