Baan Chaai Haat Beachfront Villa Baan Chaai Haat is a private villa right on the edge of a wide expanse of silvery sand stretching on either side, washed by the calm waters of the Gulf of Siam.
The 650 sq.m. unique villa has four large air conditioned Bedroom En-Suites with views of the tropical waters, a balconied central tower containing a living area on the ground floor, a Chill Out Lounge on the first floor and a Sundowners Bar at the top.. The views from every room can only be described as brilliant!. A private driveway leads down to the Entrance Hall and Lounge with windows and glass doors looking out to the large Infinity Pool, Sun Terrace, Jacuzzi and ocean. Built as a home, this Private Residence has a fully equipped European Kitchen, a Sauna and a poolside Sala, also with great Sea views. Two Bedrooms have Private Balconies and Jacuzzis, another opens directly to the Pool Sun Terrace and the fourth to the Waterfall Terrace, furnished in a fusion of Contemporary Asian and Thai Style. In addition to the air conditioned bedrooms, fans are located throughout the villa and each bedroom suite has ample ventilation, should you prefer to embrace tropica living. Add to that the resident staff who service the villa daily, including dishes etc, and your own personal Villa Manager - what else could you possibly need? Oh yes, a large private pool with fantastic views! Child minders, baby sitters, cooks, car hire, driven if you wish, all available, SSP makes a great long weekend destination from Singapore, Hong Kong or KL, as well as a great detination for longer haul annual holidays.
All bed linen, towels beach towels and daily maid services, all day, are included, with a Villa Manager also on call and visiting regularly.

A non refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking, the balance falls due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Cancellation Policy
A booking is confirmation that you have Full Travel Insurance cover for all listed persons. Re-scheduling of a booking may be possible, depending upon existing commitments. In the event of cancellation, from the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, 70% refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your residency, 50% refundable up to 4 weeks prior. Thereafter any refund will be made only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management. Any refunds are less bank charges.
Additional Information
Mimimum rental period is three nights for all seasons except peak season which is 7 ts use the villa entirely under their own responsibility and risk and are expected to insure themselves for any and all eventualities. Completion of a booking is acceptance by the client that no responsibility is accepted by the villa owners or management, be that for accident, injury, fatal injury or any other eventuality.

Real Paradise
Sunset Pavilions villa is set within lovely tropical gardens on a hillside with a great view over the ocean and surrounding hills that are covered in palms. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a private pool that must be one of the largest on the island. It is rare that we visit a place where we find the reality is better than the pictures. We liked everything about this place. We had such a lovely time in this secret hideaway, eating fruit from the garden and receiving star treatment from the resident staff and manager for whom nothing was too much trouble, be that home cooked meals, spa treatment at the villa, or organizing tours for us. You can spend lazy days at the villa or get involved in exciting activities around the island. Cocktails in the roof top bar were a perfect vantage point from which to watch the ever changing sunsets, unfolding every day before our eyes as the sun set over the sea. Thoroughly recommended

If I could move there to live tomorrow, that's exactly what I'd do! Having travelled extensively and always enjoying experiencing new places and different cultures, I tend not to go back to places that I've already visited - I've been back to Koh Samui four times already and would reccomend to everyone and anyone.
There is no better place to stay than Samui Sunset Pavilions. It truly is 'privacy in pardise' stunning views, spacious ensuite living and beautifully decorated with excellent housekeeping.
What's no to like? An infinity pool, stylish interiors, an apex bar, tropical gardens and ponds, jacuzzi's - bliss.
Koh Samui is everything you want it to be and more. You can have a chilled-out holiday lazing around the pool and beaches, enjoying massages and authentic Thai food or you can get excited exploring the island for an action-packed adventure holiday; try elephant or quad-bike trekking, painballing, kayaking, tree-top climbing, diving off waterfalls and much, much more.
I learnt how to kiteboard while over there on my last short trip. A fabulous and exhilerating expereience which I definitly intend to repeat and the Kiteboarding school is within just a few minutes drive of the Sunset Pavilions.
My favourite part of the holiday was waking up and looking out onto the expanse of the ocean, every day to a different and amazing view, and the sunsets? Wow! Cobwebs are blown away, worries dissolve and inner peace is restored. Enjoy!

Best Sunset Bar in the world!
The setting is idillic and the house luxurious. The infinity pool overlooking the marine reserve is magical. The sunset bar is just breathtaking.

Terrific time in Samui staying at a fantastic location!!
Upon arrival we were greeted by the efficient staff and a breathtaking view across the lounge, pool deck, infinity pool and to the crystal blue waters to the distant island. Immediately the cares of work and travel lifted and I started a highly theraputic cure!
Sunset views from the patio were truly unbelievable and a fantastic way to end the day over a few G&T's
The house was very impressive and Samui is so relaxing, yet so exciting. I guess it's whatever you want it to be. I plan to return and the villa will again be my base.

breathtaking views
We stayed at sunset pavillions last year june. What a place! The views from the bar room are superb! The pool was a gorgeous temperature and all the rooms were decorated to a brilliant standard.The maid service is the iceing on the cake to what was a very restful trip. The villa itself is within easy reach of some very cheap and tasty restaurants where you can sample local cuisine and not far from Bophut Beach, where there are many bars and restaurants.
We are looking froward to our next stay there and would recommend it to anyone!
