Our beautifully furnished and extensively equipped, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment is in a stunning beach village setting within the PDR resort, and is just a three minute walk to the glorious sandy beach that runs for miles along the Silver Coast. The property has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (1 in ensuite master bedroom). There is also an extra cloakroom off the hallway. The apartment is on the ground floor and includes an open plan living and dining room, and a good sized well equipped kitchen. There is also very large sea-view terrace with outside furniture (dinning table, chairs and sun loungers), that gets the sun for almost all of the day – my favourite place for an early evening drink! The Kitchen has everything you would expect from electric oven, microwave and gas hob to utilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and breakfast table. There is a spacious lounge/dining area with dining table and seating for 6 people, 2 large sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD including a selection of films, Playstation 2 plus controllers and a selection of games, Sky + box ( you will need to bring your own viewing card) and a CD player. Broadband wifi access is provided by dedicated router in the apartment (access code will be provided) and there is a phone line for incoming calls only (phone number will be provided). There is also a matching unit in the dining area housing a selection of board games, books, playing cards etc, to keep everyone busy.
