This spacious two bedroom apartment lies in the heart of the Ville Vieux, Old Town in Nice. It benefits from great views over the historic Old Town and to the mountains beyond and being on the fourth floor the most sunshine and quietness. This is the first season the apartment is being rented so the open and airy two bedroom apartment is still in excellent condition. The bedrooms are large one with a double bed and the other with two singles that can be pushed together if desired. The large living room and dining room are well equipped, with a huge comfy sofa-bed for 2 persons, facing the tv, as is the kitchen. The apartment is a comfortable size for two couples or a family. The apartment feels nice and cool (though we provide electric fans just in case you get too hot). High speed Internet is provided.
Close to the beach, and the most desirable cafes, restaurants and bars of Nice. 5 mins to train station with the tram 2 mins walk to the beach 3 mins walk to the bus station Nice

Cancellation Policy
In the event guest must cancel a booking, contact Sea Sun Rentals. For booking cancelled in writing not later than 30 days before the check-in date, our deposit fee will be repaid minus 30 EURO cancellation fee. For booking cancelled later than 14 days before the booked arrival date, or the guests not make use of the reservation, your deposit fee is not repaid.
