Quinta del Sol was designed by a local designer, from France and built in 2007. A designer who lives and works in the Tamarindo area and is very well known with the many projects they are involved with in the area. Patricks spirit of my home was to blend in some old world charm with some contemporary flair. It has an wonderful outside living space under the Rancho, made of teak poles from the land it was on and thatch from Nicuragura, where we spend a great deal of time. The main house is 2 bed 2 bath with 1bedroom 1 bath in the Cabina (guest suite) which is next to the house 25' .Total 3 bed 3 bath. Tamarindo is 9 min away and 15 min to Playa Avanella one of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica in my humble opinion. You have a new American style grocery store just built, fine dining, and just about everything you would need or want you can find in town. Tamarindo and the area is full of fun and exciting things to do, or you can do absolutely nothing, if that is why you came.
Heading south from Tamarindo there are several as-yet-undeveloped beaches, most of which are quite popular with surfers. Beyond Tamarindo and Playa Langosta are Playa Avellanas and Playa Negra, both with a few basic cabinas catering to surfers. If you are in Avellanas, be sure to stop at Lola's, a laid-back restaurant and bar right on the beach, whose namesake giant pet pig is a local legend. Lola's is particularly popular on Sundays, when Tamarindo locals and expats pack the tables here.
This villa was built in 2007 ,where old world meets new world ! it is a wonderful private home that is fenced and gated, it has most all amenities that one would need, and now has internet ! what did we do before that ! the beach which is 9 min away in Tamarindo where everything you need is, Large new American style supermarket, surf shops, tours, restaurants, bars, nightlife. There is a new JW Marriott Hotel and Spa just 5 min away from villa with world class golf course also , my neighbor a golf professional who will give lessons and possible discounts at course can also can take you on surf tours or surf lessons , just ask for more info on golf -surf tours and i can get you connected. The spa is also a fantastic addition to the area and just a few minutes from the villa which i have no doubt you will really enjoy 1st class spa treatment .

Rental rates are 1000- 2100 USD depending on time of year, sometimes I can be flexible with the price, just ask, if I need to fill a time a discount could be offered. If you see open dates and they fit for you just let me know and 'let's make a deal ' Most of the time I will match or beat anyone's price of equal quality accommodations,in order to qualify you must be able to show me the proof ! Regardless i think I have the biggest bang for the buck anyway with out that !
