In case you need any local knowledge or help while you are here, the villa is served by a management office located only a 2 minute walk away, which is staffed 7 days a week to cater for all your holiday needs.
The villa is one of the most centrally located on the island, 10 minutes from the west coast of Phuket where all the main beaches are and also 10 minutes to the town of Patong with its beautiful beach, shops,restaurants and night minutes to the south is Phuket Town with some of the best restaurants on the island. The 'Central Festival' shopping mall and Tesco supermarket are located just 5 minutes drive away between Phuket Town and Patong for all your food and shopping needs.
The on site management team can arrange a number of services for you such as car hire, maid service, laundry service, babysitting, inhouse massage and tours around the island.

Both club houses at Loch Palm golf course and Red Mountain golf course are 2 minutes from the villa if you would like a game or a quick drink or bite to eat. Travel 10 minutes from the villa to the East Coast and you find the two main marinas where many of the boat tours start from.

How to get there
Turn right at the main exit of the airport and drive straight ahead for about 2 minutes. You will face small intersection leading up a hill, turn left here, this will take you to the main road. (about 3 minutes). At the next intersection at the main road, take a right. You will now you be on Thepkasatri Road (Road # 402) (the main road that you will do the bulk of the journey on).
Drive straight ahead with this road for approximately 15 minutes, you will see the Heroines Monument Circle in front of you (picture below), just keep going straight on. Drive until you see the next main intersection ahead. At this point, you will see a Toyota Service Center just adjacent on the further right hand side, please take a right here. Drive for roughly 3 minutes until you come to the first large intersection, there is a huge Tesco Lotus Supermarket on your further left hand side as a landmarkcv(there are very large signs), please take a right here.
Keep on going, you will see a small intersection, keep going until you reach the second and turn right here, (with a Caltex Gas station ahead of you on the further left hand side), drive along past the local Thai outdoor market and Seven Eleven on your left for maybe 2-3 minutes and you will see Loch Palm as you approach on your left hand side. Turn in left here (just past the large yellow cut out 'Loch Palm Golf Course' sign, at this point, please refer to the attached hand drawn map, you will be coming from the left hand side of the map, heading towards Kathu village.
Basically you pass the security guard house and drive for about 50 metres before taking the first possible left turn into the villas. There is a covered parking space infront of the entrance to the villa so by all means claim this for your vehicle! Please check in to the management office upon arrival and they will hand you the keys for the villa and take you to the property (next door).

Originally from Scotland, we have lived in Singapore for the last 6 years and make the one hour flight to Phuket around 5 times a year for family holidays and we rent out the villa to holidaymakers friends and family when we are not there. Ideally we are looking to rent the villa to families and couples and we have made the villa as comfortable as possible with these groups in mind.

This delightful property is convenient for the airport, beaches, restaurants, shops and especially for the Loch Palm Golf Club on whose ground it sits and where one can walk or drive to eat or from where a carry-out meal can be ordered and delivered to the villa. With air-con and fans, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the villa is very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and its charm is such that one can often be tempted not to leave its environs and to spend time in and around the regularly tended, lovely pool and garden. The proprietors' service is supported by the helpful estate staff whose management office is only a few metres distant. Television, DVD and broadband are provided facilities and there is a range of maps and local-interest brochures. Inexpensive car hire and excellent local taxi service can be easily arranged. We shall be back here next year!

Fantastic Holidays
We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely villa on november 2008. The furnishing of the villa is very modern with finest decor and the kitchen is full equipped with all we need to prepare our pool is wonderful, in the evenings to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy a swim. The villa has a central location on the island. Short distance by car to phuket town with a big shopping center Central Festival and to the many beautiful beaches of phuket on the other side. We don’t forget the great restaurant Natural in phuket town with authentic thaifood and the wonderful Laem Hin Seafood Restaurant where we eat the best fish and prawns. The highlight of the evening was to visit the “Catch Beach Club” at Surin Beach with tasteful cocktails while watching the sun going down. There are much more interesting places in phuket, we haven’t seen everything, so we like to come back. The people of the villa management were very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice and pleasant stay and we enjoyed the comfortable luxurious and private atmosphere. We would highly recommend this villa. By far and away the best deep sea fishing operator in Phuket. Experienced crews, comfortable boats with high quality equipment and high standards, a day on a Wahoo ship is unforgettable.
The refined and private beach club owned and managed by the Twinpalms Phuket boutique hotel found close by. A great combination of cocktails on the beach and relaxed dining in the calmly decorated dining room and lounge. The Catch Beach club offers a quality service at respectable prices. Choose from live Phuket lobster, salmon, tapas, Argentinian beef, Andaman tiger prawns and blue and black crabs. The casual and very popular Friday evening barbecue offers a fantastic display of the region's seafood along with spit roasted pork, Australian oysters, salads and an extensive wine list as well as an open bonfire on the beach. Catch is easily accessible from the car park at Surin beach, simply leave the car and walk along the beach (heading North) for approximately 200 metres. Alternatively, head directly for the Twinpalms Phuket hotel and the staff will take you to the beach club in the hotel Tuk Tuk.

Two reggae bars sitting back to back on stilts above on the hillside above Kata Noi beach, down to earth and in the heavens, these two bars boast spectacular views of sunsets disappearing into the Andaman Sea. Basic, rustic and very friendly, the After Beach reggae bar is one of our top ten places to visit on the island without a doubt. Delicious Thai food at very reasonable prices, you will find it hard to drag yourself away from the steamed crabs, the reggae hits and the calm ambience.
Pisit is a trustworthy and reliable driver who lives close to Loch Palm and is available at very short notice. His prices are fair and given that he speaks good English, we easily found a number of new places on the island thanks to his local knowledge and understanding. Highly recommended.
