Sleeps 8 Pear Tree Cottage has lots of original features like an arched granite doorway and huge exposed oak beams. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area is ideal for family entertainment. The comfortable lounge area has a log burner perfect to cosy up in front of in the cooler months and some granite walls The well equipped kitchen area has double doors that open onto a covered veranda, this leads to the large shared garden and pool area. The first floor has a shower room and 4 bedrooms; 2 double rooms, 1 en-suite, a twin bedded room and one room with bunk beds. The communal patio area has a brick BBQ, the ideal place for parents to get to know one another, while the kids play. We have had many an enjoyable evening with a BBQ and a few drinks. The heated above ground pool is made of teak to fit in with the surroundings in the orchard. The pool is open from May - September. The gardens are the ideal place to either relax by the pool, or even have a picnic under a tree.
