Bacaya Villa Bacaya is a gem of a villa right on the beach with breathtaking sea views of the golden Big Buddha and Koh Phangnan. It is conveniently located in the village of Ban Rak.
We decided to call it Orchid Villa because of our passion for the flower. The accommodation is accessed via steps from the car port. There is a large lounge/dining area and a fully fitted western style kitchen. The villa sleep 4 and comprises 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, both with ensuite facilities. We can provide a cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. We provide weekly maid service and welcome pack, including fruit and flowers, on arrival. We arrange free airport/ferry transfer and personally meet you at the villa. Our rental rate includes car hire. We will be very happy to help our visitors with any information and advice to make their stay in Orchid Villa and Koh Samui a memorable one. We hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you to our villa.
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing patio area, sea views, panoramic view. There is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
A 4-seater vehicle is available with this rental (subject to valid drivers license being held by customer. Weekly maid service is included. Welcome pack on arrival.

We arrange free airport/ferry pick-up and transfer to the villa. We will meet you at the villa.
30% Deposit required to confirm bookiing. Balance due 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay balance on due date. 50% of balance is not refundable if notification of cancellation is received by us less than 8 weeks before arrival. 75% of balance is not refundable if notification of cancellation is received by us less than 6 weeks before arrival and no refunds will be made if notification of cancellation is received by us less than 2 weeks before arrival. Additional Information
Owner asks that you arrive at the property after 3:00 PM and leave before 11:00 AM. (This is flexible if we have no other guests leaving or arriving)
