This family owned, luxury rental apartment is located in the heart of Nice. The self catering apartment is located on a quiet street adjacent to Place Mozart, Nice, on the fourth floor of a modern building equipped with an elevator. Our one bedroom apartment rental features a modern kitchen and top of the range furniture and fittings. It boasts a large sun terrace which is bathed in Riviera sunshine for most of the year, and is ideal for alfresco dining. The marble floored living and dining area is fitted with luxury sofas which easily convert to comfortable beds. The dining area features a stylish extensible table, to tailor to the dining needs of our self catering guests. The fully equipped kitchen is also an ideal dining area for two guests and leads onto the apartment sun terrace. The bright, spacious bedroom contains warm timber flooring and furniture and also opens out onto the sun terrace. Bed linen, bath towels and other necessities are provided for our self catering guests.

It features air conditioning, warm timber flooring, large double wardrobe, full length mirrors, chest of drawers, bedside locker and two reading lamps. The room also includes a TV/DVD player and multiple electrical sockets, which have been fitted with removable UK adapters for the convenience of our room also has a bookcase with a good range of novels and autobiographies The living area features a superior quality couch which contains a complete double bed and mattress. In the living area, there is another sofa which converts to a single bed, which can be easily accommodated in any room of the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to five persons with two double beds and one single bed. An iron and ironing board are supplied for the guests' convenience.

We bought this self catering holiday apartment in 2007 and it has been fully renovated. We fell in love with its bright sun terrace that has seperate access from living room, kitchen and bedroom. This facilitates some sleeping on in the morning while others can cook breakfast and enjoy the sun!
We can email details of our website which contains additional information and lots more photos. Special discounts apply for guests that require extended stays. Quotations for stays of less than 7 nights can be met on request. Every effort will be made to meet the needs of our guests. Our representative will be available throughout your stay if problems arise. We also provide a welcome food pack for you on arrival. We can arrange for a more complete basket of groceries to be provided for a small fee. We also have a supply of books and board games for guests use. Maps, useful telephone numbers, first aid kit and a full range of up to date tourist information are also provided. Our apartment is in a small community of 20 homes with many permanent, local residents. We only rent it when not in use by family or friends. We prefer to let it to couples and small adult groups. It is not a suitable choice for 'party animals', seeking an all night party base.

Shopping, sightseeing, music and the Arts, gourmet food and skiing are some of the choices available in the region. Located the Musicien's Quarter, the most chic part of Nice, just minutes from the beach, "old town" and Ave Jean Medicin- the shopping heartland of Nice. This residential area is very well served with public transport with train, bus and tram stops all within 500m. Nice is an ideal for exploring the Cote D'Azur and Provence and is an all year round holiday destination, or for a late city break. It is perfect base to visit Monaco, the Italian Riviera, Eze, Antibes, Grasse, Cannes and St Tropez. The French Alps are within 60kms, beautiful to visit in any season and offering skiing in winter. Many Riviera visitors return again and again.

Would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment. The description of the apartment and area are very accurate. We were met at the apartment by Declan and Helen who took time to explain how everything worked and about the area. We had a comfortable stay in the apartment which was well equiped with everything you need including extras like the welcome pack, books, games etc. We hired a car for travelling further afield than Nice but used the trams, bus and the train all of which are within a few minutes of the apartment to get around NIce. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Apartment is great value for money.
When booking the apartment nothing was too much trouble for Declan, he answered any questions we had promptly.

Perfect location in Nice
We stayed in this apartment in July 2009 and had a very enjoyable holiday. It is only a 5 min. walk from the train station and the shuttle bus to Nice airport which makes it very easy to travel along the Cote d'Azur. It is a bright and spacious apartment with a very homely feel.There is a very good selection of books and local information guides which we found very useful. The large balcony is ideal for outside dining morning and evening.
The local shop 'Cocci market' is very convenient and offers good value and excellent service. The beach is within walking distance as are the main shopping areas and restaurants. The apartment is also near the new tram line which is very good value at €3 per day!
The owner Declan provided excellent customer service and was very professional in dealing with all of our correspondence.
Marilia who met us on arrival was most helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment for any visit to Nice or as a base for exploring the Cote d'Azur.
