RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee applies. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee applies.

Let me tell you about of stay.
My husband and I stayed with a group of friends in Cabin #3. This vacation home, dubbed the "Glacier Lodge" is a very large and well maintained home with 12-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms. It is situated on about a 10 acre parcel that has been selectively cleared and replanted in a park-like setting. We were very impressed with this property and would highly recommend it to others.
