No expense has been spared in the construction of this two villas as it consists of one and two bedroom apartments from 110 sqm to 160 sqm. All the apartments have a private access and beautiful sea views. The apartments are very spacious. The T2 have two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower, and a very spacious living room with dining have jacuzzi type bathrooms. The single bedroom T1 apartments are of the same high standard, with separate living room and dining the studio apartments are with separate-kitchen, and some of them have a living room with a staircase to the sleeping area. They all have fully fitted kitchens, terrace or balcony, satellite TV, and safe for hire. These lovely self catering apartments, some of them with spectacular sea views from the private terrace or balcony, are the ideal place to offer you a nice and relaxing holiday. A and of sun and sea, the Algarve region possesses the natural and climatic conditions to make it a perfect destination for your holiday.

We can book you to the world famous Pestana Gramacho and Pinta Golf course and we are available for booking excursions and other sports activities in the Algarve. We arrange tickets to water parks, Zoo marine, Crazy Golf, where your children will never be bored. We can help you book your active holiday.
Surrounding Area:
Quinta do Mato Serrao is situated on a hill and 5 min. to drive to the charming village of Carvoeiro. You will find the Tennis Club 2 min. walking distance from the Quinta and 2 min. to drive a small supermarket,restaurants and the Gramacho and Vale de Pinta Golf Course. Within easy reach are the beautiful Monchique Mountains, the historic town of Silves, Lagos and Cape S. Vicente, the most southwesterly part of Europe. The picturesque village of Carvoeiro is just a 5 min. drive from the apartments and has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Fishing boat tours of the local coastline are available from the main beach. Algarve Shopping is an excellent open air shopping centre located in Guia (15 min. drive). Other activities in the area include Zoo Marine (15 min. drive), Slide and Splash Water Park (10 min. drive) and horse riding (10-15 min.s drive). There are two 18 hole Championship golf courses (Gramacho and Vale de Pinta) within a 2 min. drive of the apartments. The estate is ideally located for access to golf courses and many other leisure activities.

How to get there
Driving directions (Faro Airport):
1 - Follow the main road to the motorway IP1 (A22).
2 - On the motorway, take the Lisbon-Portimao-Lagos direction (Follow Portimao).
3 - Leave the motorway at the Lagoa exit. Follow "Lagoa Sul".
4 - Cross the round-about towards Carvoeiro.
5 - At the following traffic light turn right towards Carvoeiro and pass "Plus" supermarket until reaching the next round-about.
6 - Cross the round-about towards "Sesmarias", following the "Carvoeiro Club" and "Tennis Club" signs.
7 - At the following round-about you drive straight until the water tower and at the next round-about trun left and continue.
8 - At the following intersection you will observe a sign: "Tennis Club" and "Quinta do Mato Serrao", you turn right and after about 200 m. you will find the holiday complex.

The prices are displayed for T1 apartments only. For T0 and T2 apartments you should visit our website. The T0 apartment is suited for 1-2 persons, the T1 apartments are suited for 1-3 persons and the T2 apartments for 1-5 persons. The 3rd and 5th person in the T1 and T2 apartments sleep in an extra bed. Extra beds cost 10 € per night, baby beds are free of charge. Payment is usually accepted in Euros, unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Prices are subject to alterations without previous advice, VAT included. Payment condition - 25% upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance will be paid six weeks upon arrival. We only accept payments by bank transfer and cash. Just last minute bookings can have different payment conditions. In cases of special costs for bank transfers the client have to take care of it.
