La Casa is idea as a base for a family holiday, a get away from it all break, a golf centre with a huge amount of superb golf courses within easy reach (30 minutes) , a base for touring South East Spain or just to chill. We can arrange nursery equipment if needed - cots, highchairs, buggies etc as well as welcome packs of groceries, late arrival or checkin (dependent on other guests) as well as any other requirements - just ask and we will try and meet your needs.
We can advise on car hire and airport transfers should you not wish to hire a car (although this is advisable). We charge 65 euro for the final laundry and cleaning charges - if you want a midstay change of linen and towels then this can be arranged for a small extra charge. We also provide wifi internet and phone rental but these facilities are subject to local charges.

La Tercia Local Information La Tercia Village can be found at the foot of the Sierra de Columbares (natural park), this area is known as the 'garden of Europe' and it is a beautifully peaceful and picturesque area. La Casa at United Golf Resorts La Tercia nestles amongst the orange and lemon groves and is just 15 minutes drive to Murcia city, or the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. La Tercia Information The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacineda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort. Guests at la Casa can play on all of these courses subject to the normal course handicap requirements and arrangements can be made to book tee times locally or before you leave for your holiday. In addition to golf, many other activities are available nearby, including boat charters, fishing trips, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing, therapeutic mud-baths & thermal springs, horseriding, nature reserves, aqua parks. All the local towns and cities have weekly markets, and regular fiestas to enjoy. In addition to the cultural delights of Murcia and Cartagena, the lively holiday resorts of Torrevieja, Los Alcazares and La Manga are also easily reached for days or evenings out. A short drive from the apartment is the local Village of Sucina, which offers restaraunts and bars. Deposit Requirements
To confirm a reservation we take 25% of the rental charge with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday departure date. We also take a refundable security/damages deposit of £150 subject to our conditions of let. Welcome pack and cleaning charges are payable on arrival in cash to our property manager.
Cancellation Policy
You should ensure that you have taken out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance but if a booking is cancelled within the the 8 week period then full payment must be made unless we can obtain another booking for the same period in which case we will be delighted to refund the balance to you.
Additional Information
A full package of information is sent out with each booking including your invoice, meet and greet instructions, directions, property location. Cleaning and final laundry costs of 65 euro for up to 4 people and 85 euro for 5 plus guests are chargeable and payable in cash in arrival to our property manager. If you require wifi and a welcome pack of food then we can arrange for this to be av ailable on arrival at the penthouse. Please note we do supply beach towels and pool chairs subject to our conditions of let. Our check in times are 4 pm and check out at 11 am -we can vary these times subject to arrangement with ourselves. Just ask and if we can accommodate you will do so.
