Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking a 50% booking fee is required . We accept USD and GBP by Bank Transfer or Paypal Money Request GBP only (3% charge applies). The final balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made after the 60 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability. Check-in is after 2pm Check-out is 12 noon Late check-out until will be charged at 50% of the applicable season's rate. Late check-out after will be charged at 100% of the applicable season's rate.
