LAKESIDE VILLA is a beautiful Villa with it's own Private Pool situated in stunning quiet Tropical Gardens - all beautifully lit at night. The outside Dining Patio is perfect for Romantic evenings! Just a 2 minute drive to Rawai Beach where you can catch a Longtail Boat out to the many idylic Tropical Islands, and a 5 minute drive from stunning Nai Haan Beach with it's crystal clear water and golden sand! Quiet and peaceful, yet close to many good Restaurants and Bars, and only a 15 minute drive from the busier Resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong. The Villa is beautifully furnished and fully air conditioned, and sleeps up to 6 people. The Master Bedroom (with en-suite Shower Room) has a King Size Bed, the Second Bedroom has Twin Beds, and there is a Sofa Bed in the Lounge for 2 extra Guests. There is also a Second Shower open plan Lounge and Kitchen are well equipped, and include TV, DVD, and ADSL Internet connection. The Lounge has Patio Doors out to the shaded Dining Patio beside the Pool for outdoor dining. OUTSIDE there are Sunloungers for enjoying the wonderful sunshine - and the Thai Style Thatched Sala is the perfect shaded spot to cool down! An ideal Romantic Getaway for couples, or suitable for families also. LAKESIDE VILLA is also "Toddler Friendly", and we can provide a Cot & High Chair, plus a Children's DVD Library plus a Babysitter - and you can even have meals delivered to your Villa from our nearby Restaurant for you to enjoy!
A weekly clean is included with the rental of the villa which includes changing of bed linen and towels etc... And a washing machne is provided for any personal washing which may be required, However there is a laundrette within 500m of the Villa. Pools are cleaned twice a week and Gardens are tended to on a daily basis. Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost if req. Airport transfers, Car/Motorcycle Hire and Private Masseuse's Can all be provided at extra cost. A welcome pack is provided Free of Charge

RAWAI and NAI HAAN PROMTHEP CAPE – just a 5 minute drive away, has stunning views, and is a perfect spot to watch the fabulous sunsets. THE NEARBY BEACHES & ISLANDS – NAI HAAN BEACH is great for swimming and snorkeling! RAWAI BEACH is the place to catch a Longtail Boat out to the many offshore islands. BON ISLAND, CORAL ISLAND & RACHA ISLANDS are all just a short boatrip away – with superb beaches, great snorkeling and lovely beachside Restaurants PHI PHI ISLAND - Thailand’s “Jewel in the Crown”! These islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful MAYA BAY where “The Beach” was filmed. Make it a mini adventure and stay overnight at one of the Bungalow Resorts right on the beach. You can catch a Ferry from Phuket Town (approx 3 hours), or take a Speedboat from Rawai Beach (approx 30 mins). KATA, KARON & PATONG BEACHES are much busier than Rawai or Nai Haan, but have lots of exciting Watersports – for instance Jet Skies, Paragliding, Water Ski-ing and Windsurfing. SHOPPING – there are many small grocery shops and banks etc locally within easy walking distance, or a 20 minute drive will take you to the larger Shopping Malls near Phuket Town, or the fabulous new shopping centre, Jungceylon in Patong. DIVING AND SNORKELLING: The Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world. There are many PADI DIVE SCHOOLS nearby, with fees far lower than found in most other countries. We require a 20% Deposit to secure your Booking, and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We also require a damages deposit of £100 GBP to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation after payment of 20% deposit - No Refund of Deposit. Cancelation between 3-6 weeks prior to commencement of your booking - The charge will be the Deposit + 50% of the balance of the booking fee. Cancelation less than 3 weeks prior to commencement of your booking - Fee will be Deposit + 100% of Balance of the Booking fee. The £100 refundable damages deposit will be returned to you.
