Villa GG Our family villa provides accommodation in exclusive apartments, or to be more precise entire floors of the villa for rent. It is only 100 meters from the beach, situated in Podstrana, a mixed residential and tourism area 6 kilometers south of the ancient town of Split.
Ground floor of House Juradin consists of three apartments: 'Red', 'Yellow' and 'Blue' . All apartments have it separate entrance and it's private terrace with outside chairs and tables looking at the garden. As you can see from the schema each apartment is equipped with it's own kitchen, toilette (wc & shower), dining table, satellite TV...Apartments Juradin are located in Podstrana near city of Split, in family villa with direct access to beach 20 meters from house. By using our family name as a trademark, we deal with great obligation to save the renomé our family gained during past 30 years providing accommodation to various visitors from different countries and continents. As a pioneers we can say that many returning guests who come back every year to our house are the best reference for the quality of our service. Spring break'12!!!
My friends and I went here for spring break. We're all college students studying abroad and we had a great time! We went out in split, which is really easy to get to and sat by the beach a lot, which is a 2 min walk from the house, and had a great time. Even when it rained it was so beautiful and even for being early April is was not that cold. One day it even got warm enough to swim in the sea. Darko also was really helpful in organizing a trip to Plitvice National Park. He was really helpful the whole time telling us what places are fun to go out, where to get things we need and how to get there. I was such a fun time!!! We definitely want to go back!!

Amazing Week!
Our vacation in Podstrana and Split really could not have been better. We were treated like family the entire week, the owner was always willing to help us and gave us many good suggestions on what to do.
The family even cooked us a traditional Croatian fish dinner one night, which was delicious. The city is a short cab drive away and is easily affordable when split among a few people.
The apartment and city are beautiful, everybody was very kind and helpful, and there are many nice restaurants and clubs to go to in the evening. Highly recommend!

Paradise!
This villa could not have been any nicer. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that were able to fit a total of 10 people. On the patio was a long table, which we used to cook family dinners the half time we stayed there. Next to the table was a fire pit to cook great fish, chicken, steak or whatever. Inside the rooms were mini-kitchenettes to make eggs and/or pancakes as well as to clean the dishes. Plus, the rooms had wi-fi for you to check your emails or look up things to do in town.
About 20 yards from the villa is the beach. Lawn chairs are available for use, and if you are looking to row a boat... they got one too. This location could not have been any better. Within ten minutes are restaurants with great pastas, risottos, pizzas, and of course, their own local wine. Across the street from the villa is a small convenient mart with some essential goods and a cute little bakery for your morning breakfasts. About a block down is the bus stop that can take you to either downtown Split within 15 minutes or to the pirate town of Omis. Both places have shops, boat rides, and scenic hikes.
Finally, our owner, Darko, made our stay seem so welcoming. He made sure our rooms were neat and had everything we needed. He also showed us all the hip spots to go to at night. Still, he made us a great Croatian dinner one night that we absolutely loved.
Overall, I could not say one bad thing. The price was right and would consider going back in a heart beat!
