Our Orlando area Vacation home is conveniently located in the desirable Indian Wells subdivision, one of the closest private communities to Walt Disney World (5 minutes by car), and all other Theme Park & major attractions; including Epcot Center, Sea World, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and many others, all within easy reach. In the immediate area there are dozens of golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful lakes and over 100 specialty shops. The well planned spacious accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 guests. Master bedroom has King size bed with private bathroom and shower; Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed; Bedroom 3 has Twin beds. Let us introduce ourselves, we are the Cohen Family and many years ago we fell in love with the magic of the Disney area. After staying in small, expensive, hotel rooms, we finally decided to purchase a house where we could be comfortable during our visits. If you decide to stay in our home, we want you to enjoy your holiday just as much as we enjoy staying there ourselves.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellations our refund policy is as follows: a. More than sixty (60) days - refund of deposit minus a $100 (USD) administration fee b. Less than sixty (60) days no refund will be allowed. c. Reservations for holiday periods (high season) as shown on our rate schedule and reservations for four (4) weeks or longer will not be entitled to any refund of deposit/prepaid rent. d. Any cancellation and/or change in reservation must be in writing.
