Deposit Requirements
Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed only when the deposit of 50% of the rental fee is received within 10 days of your booking request. The balance of the rental, full payment of the meal plan and any special events packages are paid in full 45 days prior to the rental.
If reservations are made less then 45 days before arrival then the booking is confirmed and guaranteed when the full (100%) payment of the rental fee, the meal plan and any special events packages are received within 10 days of your booking request.
Cancellation Policy
Your rental deposit and payments issued toward your rental are non-refundable. If a cancellation is required a credit of any payments will be given towards a future rental if booked within the period of one year.
If for any unseen reasons the villa becomes unavailable for your rental a full refund of any payments you have made will be provided.
Additional Information
Minimal rental periods are 4 nights and the prices are based on double occupancy per room.
A 10% service fee is additional to the rates.
All rates include access to all the features and amenities of the luxury estate rental and a full, dedicated staff with Villa Manager and Concierge, Villa Host, Room and Laundry Attendants, Chef / Cook, Sous Chefs, Bartender, Property Maintenance Team, Maintenance Technicians and Security.
