Why stay in a small hotel room with no view or amenities, in a noisy area of town when you can have your own loft in an ideal location of town for about the same price. Just minutes to everything you want to do in Banff and surrounding area. The suite is a two bedroom, mountain view (view of Three Sisters Mountain Range), loft condominium in the heart of Canmore. The unit was furnished with comfort and that rugged mountain feeling in mind. The pine trim, heated slate floor, soft rugs, and river rock fire place, are a perfect accent to the majestic views. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds (the leather sofa pictured above pulls out to a queen size bed as well). The loft bedroom also features its own vanity and extra large soaker tub.
There is also a full kitchen (fridge, oven/stove, microwave,dish washer, plates, pots, utensils, the basics to cook and eat a typical North American meal) in the unit along with a BBQ on the balcony.

The family room has a 43" HDTV connected to cable TV. It also has a DVD player (there are some DVD movies too). There is also a Microsoft XBox 360 (with some popular games to play, but bring your own too). Also in the room are a number of books about the area (hiking trails, wildlife, etc.).
The Town of Canmore and Surrounding Area
The town of Canmore is located in Alberta, Canada. Nestled in the Southern Canadian Rockies, minutes from Banff National Park, Kananaskis Country (Bow Valley Provincial Park, Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, Peter Lougheed Provincial Park), and the new Bow Valley Protected Area.
For someone looking for outdoor activities this is the place. For someone looking for clean mountain air, relaxation and some of the world's best scenery this area has it all.
To get back in to the thick of civilization Calgary is only an hour away by car and the closest International airport.
At 11,000 residents and growing it is small enough to provide a view of rugged mountain life, yet large enough to offer a full suite of amenities. It is one of the fastest growing resort areas in North America. If you haven't been to Canmore yourself you may have seen it in Legends of the Fall, Shanghai Noon or one of the various other movies that used the area for filming. The little chunk of western Canada which forms the Canadian Rockies occupies a land mass approximately the size of England. Access to a car will give you freedom and the ability to really tour the area. A car isn't mandatory though. A person could land at Calgary international airport and find transportation out to Canmore. A bike can be rented during the summer, you can take a taxi around town or to the airport, and there are plenty of guided tours to take advantage of.

This property is currently available over the following popular holidays:
To reserve these vacation rental condos we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!
Upon arrival a security deposit of $300 will be held against your credit card (we do not actually take the money but a hold is put on that amount and up to $300.00 may be taken to cover any damages occurring to the condo units during your stay). The hold will be released within 72 hrs of your departure as long as there are no damages or items missing, as verified by our cleaning staff.
Cancellation Policy
Of course we hope you don't have to change your vacation plans. However, please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, we keep the 25% deposit. However, a reservation may be re-booked for another date (within the same condo suite) within the next 12 months for a $50 re-booking fee*.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount is non-refundable.
*Any amount paid for March Break, Thanksgiving (Canadian and American dates), Christmas and New Year holiday reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival is non-refundable!

Last Minute Details/Value Season
In last minute situations, and during the value season we may rent 2 nights (3 nights is normal minimum) for a $50.00 surcharge. We also give last minute discounts based on number of nights and time of year. Christmas/New Years
A 5 night minimum is required to book over Christmas or New Years.
