The 3 house bedrooms are all ensuite, there is also a seperate living room, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Downstairs are the two apartments, both have their own entrances and one of which is accessible via the house. The apartments are two bed each with shared bathroom and a open kitchen/living area. There is a full utility room in the house and each apartment has its own washing machine.
