We have 2 queen size sofa beds, one in the den upstairs and the second one in the lounge. The Disney bedroom has either Mickey Mouse bedding or for the girls we have Disney princess bedding. The other twin bedroom can be converted to a king bedroom.

For children we have Wii, PS 2, X Box, books & board games, all located in their own den upstairs, a games room with pool table, football table & darts board, a Disney twin bedroom with a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD and either Mickey Mouse bedding for the boys or Disney Princess bedding for the girls and for babies we have a cot, playpen, stroller, high chair, stair gates and monitors.

Bay Leaf Villa is perfectly located in the leafy glades and wide boulevards of Windwood Bay, less than 8 miles from Disney and 5 minutes from Champions Gate and exit 58 on the I4. Windwood Bay community enjoys easy access for the parks, with walking and jogging trails to enjoy. Champions Gate is just over a mile away and has a supermarket for everyday essentials as well as several restaurants and take away stores, not to mention the first class golfing facilities.

We have owned Bay Leaf Villa since it was built on 30th November 2004, we visit a few times a year and make changes and upgrades evey time we visit, but when we are not there, we have a brilliant Management Company who look after our villa.
