Plum Tree a 2 bed Cottage in Britta Plum Tree is a comfortable family cottage set in 2 acres of secure gardens with excellent views over undulating meadows, with a shared heated pool.
This charming 4 bed cottage is full of character and has views over undulating farmland. It has granite walls, exposed oak beams and a huge granite fireplace with a wood burning fire. It is heated for the cooler months, so is ideal for that well earned holiday at any time of the year. The Lounge: Arched granite front door and 2 large windows, a huge granite fireplace with wood burner, granite walls and wood ceilings with huge beams. There is a CTV/CTV & a HIFI, and comfortable seating for 8. The kitchen/diner: Vaulted ceilings, seating for 8, full size gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer & microwave, plus all the usual kitchen accessories. Double doors lead to a private patio area with garden furniture, parasol & a BBQ. This leads to the shared gardens and pool area. Bedroom 1: A large double room with an ensuite shower room. It has views over the front garden and undulating fields beyond. Bedroom 2: A large double room with an ensuite shower room. It has views over the front garden and undulating fields beyond. Bedroom 3: A twin bed room Bedroom 4: A bunk bed room A separate shower room. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. These can be changed during your stay with an additional charge payable on site. Beach/ pool towels are not supplied so please bring your own. The property is cleaned before your arrival, please leave it as you found it or a cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Bedrooms one & two have views over the front garden and undulating fields. Electric radiator for the cooler months. En-suite shower rooms. Bedroom three has a window overlloking the rear garden. Bedroom four has bunk beds and views over the rear garden, they both share a shower room.

Our four cottages in Brittany are set in two and a half acres of secure gardens with open views over undulating farmland. There is a communal heated pool. The communal patio area has a brick BBQ, the ideal place for parents to get to know one another, while the kids play. There is a boules pit, swings, and a 14ft trmapoilne with safety nets. If you want peace and quiet to read you will find it in the front garden under a tree with panaromic views of the undulating fields.
The cottage has a thorough clean before you arrive, we ask you leave it as you found it. If you just want to pack and go we offer to clean up for you at a cost of 50€ payable before departure.
Surrounding Area:
Brittany has the longest coastline in France and therefore there are miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. A coastal footpath makes it almost possible to walk the entire length from Mont St Michel in the North to Saint Nazaire. Inland Brittany is less well trodden that its coast and the beautiful countryside is full of history, heritage and legends. Take time to explore the diverse landscapes of farmland, woodland, rivers, canals and lakes. St Malo - An old port with a walled town full of seafood restaurants, souvenir shops and pedestrian ramparts that offer fantastic views of the port and the miles of sandy beaches. Cancale - A small picturesque fishing town, famous for its oysters and seafood, plus there are some wonderful walks along rugged coastal paths. Mont St Michel - The 8th wonder of the world. A magnificent abbey perched on an island joined to the mainland by a causeway. The abbey stands above a village, which is full of shops and restaurants, it is spectacular at night. Rennes - The capital of Brittany, The beautiful 17th century Palais de Justice and medieval Place des Lices (Jousters Square) are well worth a visit for the half-timbered buildings. Dinan - A medieval stronghold overlooking the exceptional Vallée de la Rance, Dinan is undeniably one of the most exquisite cities of Brittany. Still entirely surrounded by its ramparts, it has belfries, churches, convents, timbered houses and narrow streets disclosing their secrets as you go along.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a very bright, sunny cottage with 3 bedrooms, a shower room, fully equipped kitchen, patio, BBQ, shared haeted pool and safe gardens.
A 150€ deposit is required to secure your booking. A Booking Form with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with the security deposit. A 150€ security deposit is required per cottage, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing the cottage has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages. If the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then 75€ will be deducted to cover costs.
