If the booking is made within eight weeks of the letting, the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form. If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of arrival date, a 25% deposit is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance (and security deposit, if applicable) is then due at least at least eight weeks prior to the arrival date as set out in our written confirmation. If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time we may treat your booking as cancelled by you. If applicable the security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, less any deductions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone us on the number shown on our written confirmation as soon as possible. You will also be required to confirm your cancellation by email, to the addresses shown on our written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you. If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. After that, if you cancel your booking more than eight weeks prior to the arrival date, we will retain the 25% deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the 25% deposit and also reserves the right to retain the rental balance, should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period. All efforts will be made to secure another booking for the property.

Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. Rates are for per night stay and with a maximum of 11/12 persons.
